Service

The service we currently provide includes the following and can be tailored to suit our clients individual needs:
– Guaranteed telephone response to arrange relevant trades within 1 hour of notification.- On site response within 2 hours.- Technical survey to provide schedule of works and cause of damage.- Written estimate provided to our Principals within 3 days of survey.- Guaranteed start date confirmed within 5–10 days of approval on quoted work.- Latest computer software and technology to ensure efficient management of maintenance work.- Digital photography – Asbestos sampling- Property drying following fire or flood damage- Costs based on client specific schedules of rates / NSR rates- All operatives clearly identifiable by means of uniform and ID.
We offer a full emergency/ interim repair service to assist customers.
